Nose: Sweet cooked agave, cinnamon, baking spices, and some citrus comes through as well. The best way I could describe it would be extremely bright. I don't think I've had something so easy to nose. It's extremely fragrant, the aromas just permiate from the glass. Palate: The amount of natural sweetness is just unreal. It's like a bite of cooked agave with caramelized brown sugar on top. It has enough bite to let you know it's high proof, but it's very easy to drink. It has some nice pepper in there as well, that helps balance out the intense, but very pleasant sweetness. This review is from my first pour. I'm looking forward to how it opens up over time and what else I can pull from it.

This High proof Blanco comes in at 54% (108 proof). Nosing this blanco you get an amazing note of Cooked agave, (cinnamon and baking spices) Wow! reminds me of the smell that comes from the ovens at the distillery when they open the door of the horno ro expose those amazing cooked agave for the first time. Other notes of butter, citrus and white pepper come through as well. The nose on this is Wow! On first sip your mouth is coated with a super oily silky smooth blanco. The mouthfeel in this is excellent!! Rich cooked agave comes through as the first flavor notes as this tequila opens up on your tongue. Reminds me of tasting freshly cooked agave from the hornos. A natural Caramelized sugar note follows with a buttery note that leads to a hint of citrus, pepper and a super rich cinnamon note that sits in the tongue for an amazing finish. For a Blanco lover that loves a natural additive free Blanco this is orgasmic! This Blanco delivers an experience that was an aged tequila lover will love. As close to perfect as I have ever experienced as a tequila enthusiasts. Get you some! Absolutely delicious. The best high proof Blanco I have ever tasted as far as delivering a cooked agave flavor profile goes. Fermentation notes are minimal meaning this was done with as close as you can get to a clean fermentation.
