Starts with sweet, candy-like aromas, reminiscent of a Jolly Rancher. Very different profile, some floral, citrus, and hints of agave. The flavors are sweet, almost artificial tasting, strawberry candy, overwhelms any agave flavor. On the finish, more flavors of strawberry Jolly Rancher and cough medicine. My take is that this tequila is not actually aged in wine barrels in the same way as Código 1530 and Montagave. The pink hue does not seem at all natural, and the flavors are entirely different. Might be alright in a Margarita, but not recommended as a sipper.

Agave and some wine sweetness on the nose … some cooked agave on the mouth with some black pepper and dark chocolate bitterness.

Nose started off wine like, fruitiness then it went muted. Taste of orange rind right up front with some herbalness like rosemary or Tyme with a white pepper finish.

Gimmicky, not poorly produced, but from a contract distillery, could not swear, but additive tasting, very slight agave and pepper. Light weight Blanco not worth the money when you can find so much batter for less

Sweetness on the nose. A little agave, a little alcohol, but mostly vanilla. More sweetness on the palate, but wow does it taste artificial. It’s like a weird lollipop/bubblegum combo mixed with some pepper on the finish. It’s not terrible, but it’s not tequila.

Very slight hint of pink color from aging in a wine barrel. Aroma of cooked agave and interesting hint of citrus. Muted flavor of cooked agave and some spiciness. Not much of a finish. I would imagine the pink hue is their marketing ploy.

Smells like cooked agave…I’m excited! Nice taste, but maybe a bit too peppery, although it does light up your mouth which is kinda fun and then gets a bit bothersome. I can taste citrus

Aroma is a rough tequila with light orange citrus sweetness. Taste is good with nothing offensive but not much fun either. The taste is fairly neutral. Finish is good with agave and a hint of salinity and sweetness. Overall ok to good.

I expected to hate this, but I didn’t. Not much agave, but interesting.

The aroma and taste is undeniably agave forward however I can not enjoy this whatsoever, the total taste of it all is repulsive to me. I cannot seem to finish the bottle. I bought this and 16 other tequilas for my wedding of about 100 guest in 2022. The next morning when it was time for clean up, this bottle and one other were still standing. It seems people tried it but it just didn't crowd please. I sip it every now and then just to see if my palate adjusts to it, but I haven't yet.

Weirdly round, engineered smell. Tastes more like a gin (juniper berry). I taste so many things but they are hard to differentiate and name—maybe cotton candy finish like I taste on homemade red wine.

Blanco rested in wine barrels. I did taste some berries behind the artificial sweetness and alcohol. Great concept. But not executed well.

Vegetal plus light red fruity, marzipan, and white chocolate. Gotta really look for it though.

Pretty sweet but good agave flavor, fun strawberry aroma. Makes a great margarita (2 parts tequila, 1 part lime 1 part syrup… splash of contreau if you must)
