A nice surprise, this is agave forward in the nose and follows through to taste. A bit thin on the back end for me but that’s my only critique, this is a well made and approachable Tequila

Better than the blonco. Mellows our the vegetal/earthy funk. Nice easy sipper.

Agave, Citrus, Caramel, vanilla on the nose …..aromas come out when it has had a chance to sit and open up a bit ….. slight heat some bite … agave and citrus on the mouth …. Some Vinny and barrel. Not a bad sipper

Solid Repo. Nice amount of barrel influence. Balanced flavours of agave caramel and oak. Slight heat on the finish, very good.

Agave was not first or second note I picked up. Taste was not bad with pepper coming in after cinnamon. Will give this tequila is budget friendly with starting price at $30 locally.

Not overwhelmingly sweet, it’s rather underwhelming. It’s not sweet enough to be suspicious of having sweeteners. Agave notes are mild. It’s very dark for a reposado, probably caramel coloring. Given that this tequila is advertised as “smooth” it’s likely there’s the presence of glycerin to help with mouth-feel.

Light grasss/vanilla aroma. Earthly flavour. Agave forward with hints of soil

Really surprising distinctive tequila. Aroma of citrus and cloves. Cooked agave and coffee flavour with a hint of vanilla. Finish of pepper and citrus. Love it.

Smooth Carmel start and agave taste at the end with a perfect sting. Perfect end for a tequila!! For the price you can’t beat it.

Agave forward and not overly sweet/caramely on the nose or palate. Very light aromas, and almost seems like an underproof until you taste it.

Leather and Vanilla

The nose is good and sweet but still carries the agave. The pallet was a little more burn than I would have expected and the finish faded fast. First Crack, will have to see how it holds up.

Pepper - yep

This was a gift so I don’t consider “value” here. It is ok all around. Not bad. Not great. Better than many.

Good daily sipper. Aromas of citrus and cooked agave. Flavors are vegetal, oak and raw agave. Finishes with pepper, grapefruit and tamarind.

Aroma is slight amounts of agave, caramel, vegetal, citrus . Taste is same plus some added heat that is definitely more than most and lasts long after swallow . A bit bitter . Nice thick mouthfeel . Nice packaging . Not bad, interesting.
