Tezon repo NOM 1111
Sample from Mark Czerwonka
I'm not sure what to make of this one! At first, the nose was pleasant like OG tequila, with some green apple, some sour notes, like partly fermented fruit, and mild notes of cinnamon. As it sat and opened, I got caramel and vanilla notes. The green apple is still there.
Palate was completely different than the nose. I'm not sure what I was tasting. Some citrus and sour notes, maybe the green apple again, with a hint of an herb = coriander?!
This sample was from the old NOM so its possible something may have started to go awry with this because I was getting some really good stuff along with some unexpected notes/flavors, making this a bit of a challenge to rate.
