Aroma: cooked agave, spicy, cinnamon, vanilla, light wood note, hint of fruitiness, slightly earthy, slightly herbaceous. Hint of orange peel. Light acidity. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and citrus balance, at the end the earthy note becomes stronger like dirt, ends slightly bitter. Finish is medium to medium long, light cooked agave, hint of orange peel & citrus, light vanilla with light dirt note persists.
