Aromas - anise, highly floral; all the flowers, this is a flower shop. Flavors are bracing, bitter, salty, and the finish sucks all of the moisture out of your mouth but it does it quickly and then it’s gone.
Aromas - overripe strawberries, dry mesquite, ozone, citrus. Flavors - light caramel, cedar, salt, bitter orange, white pepper. Finish is lingering, bitter and full of minerality. I’m ambivalent about this tequila at present, I don’t dislike it, but it’s not thrilling.
Wonderful cooked agave smell, vanilla and pepper. Medium heat very approachable. Cooked agave initially then subsidies to vainilla and light cream burlé type of flavor . The finish is medium. Great additive free tequila!
