An excellent agave forward anejo. A stark difference between this anejo and the other two I tasted in the flight(Fortaleza & Volans). Aroma: sweet cooked agave, sweet pineapple, earthiness, citrus, black pepper, red peppers, green peppers, cucumbers, white onions. Palate: sweet agave, black pepper, calamansi, rain water. Finish: medium, sweet and peppery agave.
