Another NOM 1107 product. Long legs in the glass with some barrel spice and agave on the nose. In the mouth the barrel spice takes some of the edge away from the blanco's ripe agave, white pepper presentation. Ends on some bittersweet notes that fit the first parts of the profile.
A good blanco. Not a strong nose, but a good smooth finish.
