Aroma: cooked agave with medium sweetness, light fruitiness, hint of black pepper, light acidity, light citrus. Quite impressive intensity of aromas considering low abv. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and citrus balance, hint of earthiness, light peach. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave with light fruitiness, light citrus, hint of black pepper and hint of earthiness persists.

Aroma: cooked agave, earthy, light vanilla, dirt aroma that dissipates after 15 minutes and a hint of banana & red cooked apples emerges. Light acidity. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, light black pepper, good sweet sour and acidic balance. Finish is medium to medium long, cooked agave with a bit of sweetness with red cooked apple notes persist.
