Mexican 35% abv. versión, round tall bottle with red steel twist cap, marbete is from 2012, lote: RGN-023, tasted on 3-17-24. Color: yellow to light yellow. Aroma: cooked agave with medium sweetness, light fruitiness, hint of black pepper, light acidity, light citrus. Quite impressive intensity of aromas considering low abv. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and citrus balance, hint of earthiness, light peach. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave with light fruitiness, light citrus, hint of black pepper and hint of earthiness persists.
