Easy to drink and also easy to not be a fan of imo. The aroma was soapy, fresh with butter scotch and peppery notes, the agave aroma didn’t stand out to me. The taste was undoubtedly agave but with a “blech” taste accompanying it, brine, ethyl, pepper, caramel, and butterscotch with the dry down tasting of anise and astringent with a smidge of watery pepper. I also did not taste the stone from the oven which is something I can normally pick up and enjoy. Easy to drink yet not for me.
