Nose- brininess and minerality up front. Followed closely by nice sweet cooked agave and floral- white flower Taste- nice silky mouthfeel with minerality, brine, agave, and citrus up front that flows into a slight vanilla and ends nicely with a nice white peppery finish This is very nice.
I am bumping this a point. The more I drink it the more I like it. Nose of cooked agave, flowers, earth, light smoke, dried fruits. Tastes of agave, lime, cinnamon, minerals, pepper, brine and citrus. There is also a light smoke which is pleasant. Finish has a bit of alcohol and drinks hotter than 42ABV but note it is not overpowering. This is a Sergio Cruise Tequila but it has a different DNA. All in all, I like it, I will buy more, and I recommend it.
Aroma: vegetal at first followed by a gravel minerality. Orange citrus, vanilla, and a soft oak aroma come in quickly after. It’s all rounded off by a bit of cinnamon at the end. Flavor: crème brûlée is what I think of when trying this batch. Tons of vanilla and caramelized sugar followed by minerality, orange citrus, cinnamon, and oak. The sweetness is very present but it doesn’t last long which makes you want to go back for more immediately. Finish: medium body and texture. Very approachable at 42%
