After trying the Blanco this is just layer after layer of vanilla, that’s almost all I can taste after my 3rd sip. A modern Tequila for a modern taste, I hope they do well and find success with all the emerging Tequila drinkers.
Very unique anise profile to this that I haven’t encounter too often before. Vanilla cake aroma and medium palette semi sweet taste. This is a pretty good Tequila, it just isn’t agave forward which is what I’m looking for.
Aroma I could smell caramel and agave Flavor - could taste the caramel which was sort of syrupy to me Finish was oaky and smooth with a slight burning flavor
While the Reposado was a vanilla bomb, the extra time in barrel has really tempered the Añejo. This is is far more balanced and confident than the previous expressions, it’s a nice effort and I will for sure try again.
