Citrus light aroma green apple like. Peppery with some burn with clear agave flavors. Not a lot of legs, but still has body. Lingers on the tinge and lips.
Nice nose. Cooked agave and fruit. A touch of vanilla. Citrus, primarily lemon and lime. The taste is well balanced with sweet agave, vanilla minerals and black pepper. A little bit of alcohol bite. Finish is a bit watery. Overall, this is good.
Nose: faint agave cooked / hint of lime / vanilla/ anise /lemongrass / baking spice / very faint cream soda Taste: sweet agave cooked / vanilla/ cinnamon/ apple / melon/ orange peel / anise / spearmint/ cream soda Finish: watery wet low viscosity mouthfeel withs cool water effect / lingering sweet agave, anise, vanilla and a hint of cinnamon and mint / a very nice sweetness carries through to the last swallow This blanco is from NOM 1499. There’s some good balance to the taste profile but the nose is weak…still good smells on the nose, just very faint. Enjoyable though simple.
Good nose but doesn’t give a lot of aromas. I get agave and earth. Hints of lime. The taste is very pleasant. Nice cooked agave, some slight barrel flavors of oak, vanilla and caramel. I also get butter Very nice mouthfeel and the finish is long and sweet. I believe this is moving NOMs , I think 1579? This 1414 offering is very nice.
