NOM 1614 | Little bit musty but clean agave on the nose. After opening, the nose has some citrus to it. Palate is clean with a touch of sweetness. Not overly complex but an enjoyable sipper

NOM 1614 | This has a lot of agave and citrus on the nose. The predominant citrus I get is lime and then orange. I also get a bit of black pepper. On the palate, I get agave and then black pepper. The citrus also comes through on the tongue. It is earthy with a little brine. This is a very good value tequila. I think I heard where it is disappearing. If you find it. Grab some if it is under 40.

Aroma of cooked agave, citrus, a hint of black pepper and alcohol (the bottle was just opened). Flavor of cooked agave, black pepper, herbal and citrus. It had a nice medium finish. The price is very reasonable.

NOM 1614 | Nose is earthy, agave, baking spice, very herbal, pallet is same, has a rare raw meat note that is interesting, almost like a jerky/slim jim, even some wet concrete notes, very good value for sub $40, highly recommended.

This one gets better the more it sits and opens up. Good cooked agave baking spices up front. With loads of citrus(lime), herbal and slightly floral on the pallet. With a citrus orange peal-esk type notes, this one will take you on a different ride but still nice.

It reminds me so much of a Caballito Cerrero, not as complex but for the price the experience is pretty close. I’ll be purchasing more for sure.

Nice pepper and agave on the palate and the finish adds a bit of funk as the ethanol fades

NOM 1522 | (Re-evaluated 1 point lower from my video review, due to price). One of the better autoclave tequila'ls. It has a lot of herbal, and earthy notes, along with some sweeter, lighter notes. Overall a tasty tequila.

NOM 1522 | On the nose, cooked agave. Some ethanol, and then a citrus note. A little bit of fruit. On the palate, lots of cooked agave. It gives way to some pepper and cinnamon. It’s earthy, with some fruity notes. Almost a little bit of vanilla. Definitely brine as it opens up Overall, pretty good. It’s not one of my favorites, but this is really quite good, I’d not turn down a pour.

NOM 1522 | Nose: An appealing nose. First aromas are of baked pineapple drizzled with hot butterscotch topping. Cut grass, raw green pepper and mint. Mexican oregano, citrus and white pepper. Flavor: Buttery, deeply caramelized agave opulence. Fruity. Sweet and salty, with pleasantly potent pepper, unwaveringly creeping up the Scoville scale, and then ramping back down . Oily and palate pleasing body. Some almond, vanilla bean, cinnamon and anise nuances as last impressions fade. A tiny bit of sulfur?

Way too sweet. Seems like additives. Very unappealing. I don't recommend. I'm very surprised it has this good of a rating. I actually poured my glass out. If I had one word to say it would be " astringent "
