Wow, this completely caught me off guard, what a gem! I know nothing about this brand, someone just said “trust me” and poured, this tastes exactly like tequila should. Hints of mint & pomegranate, loads of earth on the finish. Amazing.
Nose: cooked agave, vegetal, cardamom, wet rocks and light vanilla Flavor: sweetness of cooked agave, cinnamon, creamy mouth feel, and mineral Finish: Nice long finish of black pepper and agave sweetness
Nose: Big agave start, honey, pine needles, minerals, and a lactic/yeasty note, with a whisper of light cinnamon. Flavor: Full on sweet slow cooked agave, black pepper heat, and a vanilla-almond undercurrent. Nice mouth feel. Finish: Thick, rich silky finish with a nice pepper heat element.
Aroma of fresh agave and dirt but with a slight off-note of rubber(?). Heavy, thick mouthfeel with a really nice evolution of flavors - almost bread or yeast upfront that moves to a slight bite of peppers and then ends with citrus and almond. The finish is relatively short. Other than the off note in the aroma (which may just be me today) this is a solid mid-level blanco. 03-10-2018
Raw agave aroma. Flavor is cooked agave, and lots of natural sweetness. Pleasant finish.
Sweet on the nose with prominent cooked agave notes. This tequila is smooth, offering a clean sweetness. A great choice for those who love roasted agave.
Not a fan of the finish the nose was almost non existent. Agave on the fist sip but the finish not for me. We still went through the line up tonight
I was really impressed by the agave flavor and creamy feel of this blanco on my palate. Agave forward, hint of mint and pepper. Lot LCO07BO.
Aroma: notes of agave and oak Taste: notes of agave, oak and vanilla Finish: smooth
Strong earthy flavor, finish would be better cold.
Blue cheese aroma
Lot LCO100217BO, bottled on 10-02-2017. Nose: sweet cooked agave with a lactic touch, sweet anise & spices, ethanol sensation is slightly high but doesn’t bother, mineral. Palate: sweet cooked agave! Anise, floral notes, very well balanced between sweetness and minerality. Finish is medium to long, the sweet cooked agave and lactic notes persist.
Extremely vanilla forward with incredibly sweet agave on the nose, with a mild brightness hinting of citrus. Very smooth on the palate, velvety, though thankfully not as sugary as the nose might suggest while still hitting the vanilla/honey/agave notes; perhaps some touches of almond. Delicately balanced, with a quick, clean finish. Superb
Beautiful and full aromas, a lot of fruit and vanilla on nose. Cooked agave is apparent but not too strong. A little bit on finish but overall great flavor
Some real funky notes on this one, some interesting yeast notes come through making this a bit more unique. Nice round mouth feel, overall very cool.
Yeasty smell, sweet finish, alcohol forward.
Very traditional in blanco characteristics, herbaceous finish, light mineral notes with black/white pepper Smooth and light mouthfeel with light alcohol burn on the finish
Aroma of cooked agave. Fruity/nutty flavour that yields to pepper and cinnamon finish. Really great blanco!
Vanilla, chocolate, butter
Has a brine nose with a bit of floral burning tires very subtle and earthiness. Taste is ok. Some salted agave again. Mild vegetal. Not a lot of heat on the finish. Quick maybe a bit of tongue tingle in the center.

A really solid Blanco, with cinnamon notes mint and earthy flavors and it comes at a reasonable price point.
