Aroma: raw agave, cooked agave, green vegetal notes, has a light metallic sensation, slightly herbaceous, light acidity, hint of citrus. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance, hint of black pepper. Agave is slightly sweet on the palate. Finish is medium to long, cooked agave, light green vegetal notes, hint of herbaceousness with a hint of black pepper note persists.
