Most prominent are vanilla and pepper, I works recommend this more as a mixer than a sipper but it's not bad.

You know that smell in the tire store showroom of all the new tires, the rubber smell? That's what this tastes like. Tastes like they were trying to copy El Tesoro Blanco but rested this in a latex lined vat for 4 months.

While the aroma is strong and not my favorite the taste is good with a good finish.

Aroma : Lots of cooked agave, clay and vegetal notes. Some black pepper and alcohol. Taste : "Green" with some duality between cooked and raw agave. Slightly bitter with a fair amount of black pepper. Some earth and alcohol notes. Finish : Medium with alcohol and some amount of agave and pepper. Very unique profile that I suspect comes from 3x distillation. Some may be turned off by it, but everyone should definitely have a taste.

2016 Lots of raw agave , acetone, and alcohol on the nose and first try. It mellows thru the body but finishes with a burn and pepper, bitter, metálica, something is not right, astringent , soap after taste. Is like swamp water. 2021 - Edited score after tasting again from the same bottle of 2016. Score increase ! - raw agave, sweetness, pepper, peppermint, citrus, herbal, lemongrass. Long finish with burn

There is something about cofradia tequila that runs me wrong, I’m guessing it’s the yeast, I can smell this tequila a mile away! That being said, I enjoyed this a lot more than I remember, it’s ticks all the boxes for what tequila should.

Round agave nose with nuts and white cake spices. Sophisticated. Oily yet delicate. Pepper, agave and hazelnut notes. Long nutty and pleasing pepper finish. Rich and refined.

Flavor and aroma are pleasant but it is sweeter than I prefer. The flavor profile has changed with the new branding.

The first thing you will note on this product is it floral aromas. As soon you remove the cork, you can't help but to want to taste what your nose picks up. Very smooth with a outstanding finish. This should replace the Patron Silver in everyone's collection.

2014 bottle - Nose- horrible, swamy & funky nose, alcohol, grassy, raw agave, rubbery, mint, acetone/paint thinner, herbal, and slight pineapple. Taste- mint, unpleasant, slight fruit and herbal, with a fake tasting sugary aftertaste. Horrible.

LOL! Kevin says it smells like model glue and NyQuil (he's a rum drinker)! I think it smells "green." Kevin says, "Yeah, the green NyQuil!" We should podcast! Ok, enough comic relief. I like it. If this is what vegetal tastes like, then I guess that's what I'm into. I say I want to taste the fruit, not a barrel, and I think that's what I'm getting here. This is a blanco that doesn't seem like it's trying to compensate for anything.

Blanco Tequila: The Great Divide

While the panel’s favorites were complex, elemental and intriguing, we were troubled by a lack of intensity in many of the bottles as well as by a sense of artificiality in some. As Florence put it, we found a great divide between those tequilas we liked

Review #186 - Casa Noble Crystal Tequila Blanco

I've seen so many glowing reviews for this tequila that I want to love it, but I've tried my bottle 3 times and just can't get into it. Anyway, I least try to be fair with the notes.

Casa Noble - the rich, full-flavored 'green' tequila

Taste is the primary factor in selecting which tequila I want to drink, and Casa Noble stands out in the flavor department.
