Nice Anejo. Sweet and just enough pepper. I don’t usually care for Anejos and this one is just okay.

Aromas of sweet agave yet this Anejo was not overly sweet on the palate like some Añejo’s of late. Very smooth flavor, due to the third distillation. Nice pleasant finish. Well balanced and quite enjoyable. Fair price

Similar to the repo in aroma, taste and finish. Just a bit more powerful in the mouth. Very good overall.

Aroma; herbal, sweetener, raw agave, earth, mint, vanilla, butterscotch, oak barrel, very similar to reposado version. Palate : vanilla, oak, alcohol, flan, nutmeg, herbs. Finish : medium, lite bitter, mocha, cooked vanilla, agave.

An older bottle from 2010. Nose of agave and vanilla, and a brief hint of an Italian cheese. Nice spice and oak notes. Viscous with a maple note, white chocolate, and root beer. Pleasant heat, white pepper and rounded French oak flavors. Dried fruit shows it’s colors toward the finish. An after dinner sipper.

Enjoyed the Anejo a few weeks back at a local tequila bar. This was another tequila I was excited to try and it did not let me down. The aroma was pleasing with a full flavor of agave and the barrels used for aging. The finish was smooth leaving looking for more. I am still searching for this product for my home collection.

A few years ago this was one of my favorite tequilas. However, I find the current product to be a total disappointment.

Big caramel and butterscotch with some agave on the nose, with a flavor to match. The agave is more pronounced on the palate. Big sublingual spice as well as front of tongue and mouth. Excellent finish.

Incredible aroma of milk chocolate and vanilla along with rich vegetal smell. Flavor of rich chocolate is upfront and persistent. Fantastic mouth coating finish that lasts with sweetness and mild heat.

Casa Noble as usual. Just like the repo the anejo has a strong nose and flavor of Chocolate. At this point though you also taste a lot more of the oak and a lot less of the agave than the Repo. It's an amazing tequila but when put head to head with its younger brother I would choose the Repo.

The aroma is classic Casa Noble aging at work. The French oak barrels bring a chocolatey cocoa powder-like aroma. The flavor and finish make this very easy to drink. This is one of those tequilas that just about anyone will enjoy.

This one suprised me. Great nose of vanilla and oak. The taste is quite good with agave, oak and caramel but with an alcohol hit. Drinks quite well for me.

Not bad at first. Definitely has the Casa Noble funk. But not as bad as other expressions.

Review #99 - Casa Noble Tequila Anejo

Casa Noble anejo is an interesting combination of sweet agave notes, an earthy/herbal flavor with a real, but not unpleasant, alcohol burn. For people who like to really taste the agave and yet also have long, lingering finish, this is the tequila that yo
