I don’t love the nose on this, it’s a bit too medicinal to do the Tequila justice. With that out of the way, this is fucking amazing, it’s almost impossible to find balance at 55% ABV but somehow they have done it. This is a must-have for home bars or anyone who wants to make a high end cocktails. This is my favorite still strength to date.

Very light nose with some slight medicinal notes and light agave. Sweet on entry with a ton of roast agave and some kick from the 46% plus ABV. Solid finish rated blind #6 of the HP samples

Light agave nose with some earthiness. Unique palate and finish. Bitterness on the finish to me

On the nose, the agave jumps out of the glass. It’s bold and fresh. It’s vegetal and mineral. There’s a hint of sweetness that has a light honeysuckle note. There are some pleasant alcohol vapors too. Overall the aromas are big and bright but cohesive and balanced while still bringing some pleasant intensity. The flavors are just as big and bold as they are on the nose. The agave is prominent and you can taste the sweetness of the cooked agave. It’s like being in the distillery. Behind the agave and natural agave sweetness is a nice clean white pepper. The minerality appears with the pepper. There are some other minor flavors such as white almond, crisp celery, and citrus zest. Overall the taste is bold and slightly rustic. It has a nice mouthfeel and the finish is flavorful and lingering.

Minerals, white pepper, earthy, a little celery on the back end, nice tingle. It’s like the regular 80 proof but amped up, and better—very nice!

Aromas of sweet, floral cooked agave, bell pepper, and minerals. Big burst of agave on the palate with black pepper, anise, and a little vegetal with some heat. This is a fantastic blanco!

Nose: agave sweet / butter / mineral/ pineapple/ grapefruit/ citrus / lemongrass/ spearmint/ hay / Taste: agave sweet cooked / cinnamon/ banana/ apple / anise / cream soda Finish: watery wet clean and bright finish / minimal viscous mouthfeel that leaves a minty clean finish This limited edition high proof blanco really pushes flavor out and masks the alcohol with it. Sweet and cinnamon provide a roller coaster ride of taste all the way through the clean enjoyable finish. Another win from NOM 1414.

Nice nose with cooked agave, light earthiness, and minerality. I get mint/spearmint. A little brine and cinnamon. Fruity. On the tongue, nice cooked agave, mint, buttery mouthfeel, earthy and mineralality. Finish is nice with cinnamon and a touch of alcohol. Another great job by the Mozart de Tequila, Sergio Cruise. I know I like a bottle when is disappears quickly. I have already had to procure another bottle of this very limited release.

The nose is strong agave followed by minerals, earth, fresh jalapeño, lime, vegetal, and pepper. The taste mimics the nose with an excellent Agave and jalapeño finish that lasts and pleases the mouth

In the nose I get a fruity, cooked agave, anise and some wet cement. I even get some spice maybe cinnamon. Flavor agave, herbal, minerals. This is a great flavor and different from other 1414 brands Finish is long and changes it starts warm and peppery and the calms into some all spice. Very good. Lot 1 bottle 565

More tasting notes to come as I get used to it. My first impression in the salinity. I really enjoyed this element to the spirit. Next after several separate sips days apart I realized the anise hiding behind a lot of agave sweetness. It’s a good balance & can taste the mastery of this offering.

First off; I’m a big 1414 fan. Anything they make will most likely get a high rating from me. Also, I personally am not a high proof fan but this one hit all the marks. Fruit and floral nose. A light sweet note on the front finish and lite burn that comes from the 49% on the back . Lost Lore doesn’t miss! I have, so far, enjoyed everything I’ve tried from them

Nose: Floral, Fruity (berries and melon), Agave, Minerality and Hay. Buttery and Full Bodied mouthfeel. The finish is heavily floral, a bit herbal, black pepper, and some earthiness, but what is unique about this one to me is that I get that strong minerality at the very end on the finish. This stands out in a crowd, for sure.
