LOTE09RLY, acquired recently, tasted on 4-30-24. Color: yellow. Aroma: acidity, quite intense fruity sweetness that lacking agave aromas make them feel unreal, strong minerality/steel aroma, citrus, light tutti frutti sweetness, almost no agave… after 10 minutes in the glass a light vanilla and light wood note emerges. Palate: strong grassy/herbaceous flavor, acidity, citrus, fruity sweetness, hint of vanilla and wood notes that are slightly astringent. An earthy note through my retronasal, fruity sweetness is slightly cloying. Finish is medium to long, grassy/herbaceous aromas, citrus, minerality or light metallic note with slightly astringent wood notes persist.
