Peppery and strong alcohol burn, but it has good sweetness and agave flavor.

Tasted at Vegas tradeshow. Fresh and cooked agave hits you right away. Rather complex for a Blanco, great sweetness on the mid palate (in a natural way). Most impressive was the balance, very consistent with little burn. The producer states they are additive free, nothing I can tell would contradict that statement. They pointed out their NOM 1517 is confirmed additive free but doesn't state it on their products. Either way, it's an excellent Blanco.
