Mexican 35% abv. version, lote: LII02, bottled on 14-06-2023, tasted on 1-20-24 Color: just a tad of very very light yellow. Aroma: hint of cooked agave, light acidity, light citrus, slightly herbaceous, slightly earthy, it has a light sweetness that doesn’t feel natural. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, at the beginning an intense sweetness that doesn’t feel natural that dissipates rather quickly, hint of pepper, aromas and flavor are quite subtle. Creamy. Finish is short, hint of cooked agave with subtle unnatural sweetness and citrus notes persist but quite short.
