This viscous libation is crystal clear and it coats the glass nicely. The cooked agave jumps out of my Riedel Ouverture tequila tasting glass. The nose is very clean all while having some nice citrusy notes of lemon, lime and light grapefruit zest. Some faint agave sweetness, light minerality, thin alcohol vapors and a delicate floral note accompany this agave and citrus forward plata tequila. The viscosity helps to deliver the buttery cooked agave to your palate. The citrus zest quickly follows along with some sweet floral notes and then some light pepper just before the finish. The sweet agave and the light pepper linger into the finish. This is a very clean plata which makes it refreshing but also begs you to have another sip.

March 19, 2023 I wanted this tequila for the bottle but didnt want to pay b4 trying it. Heidi sent me a sample so I'm trying now. No info on TMM yet, except NOM 1107 Nose: grassy vegetal pepper cinnamon some brine, a little agave comes thru along with anise, wet cement and minerality as it sits Palate: not as complex as the nose. sweeter than nose, agave, anise, pepper. Finish: short/fast I assume this is stone brick ovens cooked, roller mill crushed, S/S without fibers, copper still like other 1107 brands I checked. out of Ciénega Low 80 rating. Priced high, probably for the cool  bottle was $119 at Oldtown. Marked down to $85, still too high in my opinion

Nose had bright, crisp freshness with slight hint of grapefruit. Beautiful anise cooked agave and bit of pepper finish. One of the few Blancos or Platas that I would choose to sip! Glorious Overall Taste!!

Awful. Chemical nose and after taste. Poor quality, advertised as no additives, but there must be a diffuser used in this at the very least. Medicinal chemically taste. Really, really bad gimmick
