Agave, minerals, and petrichor on the nose—very nice. Flavor brings agave, minerals, celery salt, and white pepper with a relatively shorty dry finish. I believe the main difference with Viva Mexico is this one mixes in some wild yeast open air fermentation, and it strikes a different tone. Lost Lore is more mineral and less sweet & citrusy.

Has a really nice nose full of floral and agave. The flavor does not disappoint either. Soft mouthfeel yet viscous with bright notes of agave, lemon, minerals and anise. Really enjoyed!!

I tried all three expressions at the 2023 LATF industry party and really enjoyed them. I will revisit and add my notes when when I get more
