Distillery tasting. Pleasantly surprised as I’m not a cristalino fan. The finished product has some barrel and color still.

Sweet, agave hints of vanilla, some alcohol on the nose. Taste is mildly sweet followed by pepper-spice. Lacks any real complexity/ somewhat one dimensional.

Lote: L035K220197, bottled on 11-01-2023, tasted on 10-5-23. Color: light yellow. Aroma: vanilla & wood note, slight acidity, slightly citrus, orange peel, it has a light soapy aroma, light herbaceous note. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, on the palate the vanilla and wood are more pronounced, good sweet sour & acidic balance, but the sweetness comes from vanilla note and might not be from agave. Finish is medium to long, vanilla, wood and citrus notes linger.
