Aroma and flavors are very soft, light. Green agave, hand lotion, pepper and licorice. Not much depth or complexity. Would work as a mass produced brand with no additives

Had the chance to visit this distillery. They’ve put a lot of money into being able to pump out a lot of tequila but sadly everything I tasted fell flat of character. This was distillery was built for mass production and unfortunately it shows in their tequila.

Mexican 38% abv. version, lote: LOT 1BCL38, bottled on 21-12-2022, tasted on 10-26-23. Aroma: light cooked agave, slightly herbaceous, light mint note, an ethanol aroma is present together with the ethanol sweetness, although it is sweet but it isn’t aromatic and covers up agave aromas. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, the ethanol sweet and bitter sensation dominates and ends slightly bitter. Finish is medium to medium long, the ethanol aroma through retronasal is still present with very faint agave notes, it is minty & herbaceous.
