Not my cup of tea, not much nose/aroma on it, some smoke/oak maybe? On the pallet more of the same, all I tasted was smoke/oak buy barrel/very scotch/bourbon flavored almost, no agave or brightness that i tend to look for . Maybe nice for bourbon/scotch/whiskey drinker, not my favorite personally, still worth a try for anyone.

This Siempre profile is leaning towards the typical no Anejo profile we are used to by using new American white oak barrels. Tones are vivid and with a remarkable dark hue where the oak is the star, once again this profile might be for drinkers that enjoy a barrel forward influence profile. Prominent notes are burnt caramel, cajeta envinada, sweet spices, sweet lean shining on the cooked agave that ends with a buttery and velvety sensation. Love what Siempre is doing with their Rebel cask program

Aroma: This is a very rustic bottle, opens with a rugged whiskey punch, backed by bright woody notes—think oak and cedar. There's also a hint of sweetness with vanilla and butterscotch. Rounded off with a fresh leather smell. Taste: Starting with a moderate whiskey taste followed by a buttery caramel. As it develops, you might catch a slight earthy note, giving it an extra layer of complexity. Finish: The finish is bold and welcoming, with a slightly dry yet suprizingly silky mouth feel. It's a subtle yet warm and cozy conclusion that leaves you ready for the next sip. This bottle is an adventure you are not going to want to miss out on, delivering a smooth yet complex experience. A perfect bottle for someone coming from whiskeys or to help nudge a friend to the wonderful world of tequila.

Rich woody notes, cinnamon spice, a heavily wooded rich tequila, great balance and long spicy finish.
