Definitely taste a little watered down in comparison. Think I prefer the HP. Still very good though.

Very good for the new price ~Oct 24’. I can’t believe this is high pressure auto clave. Good viscosity, good salinity, good balance & very approachable. This is what you bring to party that would make everyone happy. I would sip this all night & if someone wants a spicy cucumber Paloma this would fit the bill. I need to look at the batch number. These agaves taste ripe w/sweetness. I’m thankful I bought 4 bottles. More tasting notes to come but so far I’m pleasantly surprised.

Had a sweet honey smell from the bottle neck which didn't come through in the glass. Aroma was lacking the notes I like in a good blanco. Taste wasn't but was watered down initially. I let the bottle sit for some time and it became more harsh and bitter on the finish. Considering it could be found around $30, not bad.

On the nose I get a sweet smell of cooked agave, cinnamon, baking spices, clove. On the taste delicious oily creamy in the mouth. A really good blanco.and for 42.99 it’s an all day sipper.
