Tasted this at our Anarchy In A Bottle event and it was impressive. Warm cooked agave, mocha, butterscotch, hint of vanilla, clove, berries, dried fruit, citrus. Complex, yet simple deliciousness. Definitely a winner. Would've scored it higher, but its price point for an añejo is a little on the high side. Still worth giving it a shot.

Would pair well with a cigar. This is a perfect sipper for one’s looking to move from whiskey to tequila for a night lol

Nose: Delicious and well balanced nose. Oak, caramel, butterscotch, vanilla, cooked agave, honey, and a touch of cherry. Palate: Bourbon barrel flavors dominate with some black pepper. Light viscosity for the mouthfeel. Finish: Some heat immediately on the gums and flavors gradually dissipate. Nice blend overall.

I love this tequila! Dominant vanilla, caramel and agave aromas and flavours are very balanced. The finish is smooth and leaves you wanting more. Well done.

Silky smooth. Syrupy mouth feel. Less peppery than the blanco

Nose. First hit is butterscotch off the hope. Cooked agave. Hint of vanilla and distant memories of barrel room. Taste. Cooked agave. Vanilla and dark chocolate. Slight metallic Copper. Finish short and sweet with a mild pepper lingering much longer. Interesting says 80%anejo and 20% XA. This comes threw but I wonder if this was intentional or a mistake. ;).
