agave oak, vanilla, and green pepper on the nose and pallette Strong oak finish. Cinnamon shows up late on the finish and is very pleasant and warming, but not spicy. Long warm finish.

A bit strong on the nose but really smooth beginning to end. Buttery with some caramel notes. I do wonder if there is some artificial sweetness to it though. Can’t confirm. Either way, was delicious.
