NOM 1605 | Heavy alcohol on the nose and sweet. Muted agave very minty and full of body. I’d probably use it to mix.

NOM 1605 | Minty and floral, unsure of what the profile expectation is

NOM 1605 | NOM #1605 Nose: Floral, flinty and some fruit-like sweetness. Flavor: Green peppercorns. A vanilla Graham cracker sweet note. A hint of citrus. There is an unidentifiable flavor lurking in the profile… Some bitterness on the back end. Finish is short and does not evolve further. This does not blatantly scream diffuser or additives, but that would be my best bet.

I can’t detect any agave flavors. There is a rubbing alcohol flavor and strange sugar sweetness. Also this bottle was REALLY expensive ($64 USD in Colorado).

NOM 1605 | NOM 1605 Tried this at an event last night. Not sure what the underlying flavor was but it was mint/spearmint. Not 100% confident this was diffuser and suspect it was not but surely artificially sweet, glycerin and some ‘non agave’ flavors present. Not your typical diffuser additives. Soft with cooked agave in there somewhere. Presented at 40% and would need to see it higher ABV for more detail.

NOM 1605 | Lote: L 1BL40TT-005, bottled on 26-07-2022, on the label: Año 2021, Envasado 01. Tasted on 10-13-23. Aroma: intense sweet cooked agave! Red berries, sprite with little effervescence, light tutti frutti note, it has a pungent cooked agave aroma, almost like agave honey, just like when you walk into an agave oven that is cooling down with the cooked piñas inside, quite intense! Cooked agave piña with sweetness and fibers. A touch of mint, a touch of acidity. Hay. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, pure cooked agave piña! Good sweet sour and acidic balance. Finish is medium, sweet cooked agave with light mint and red berry notes persist. 6-5-24 update: After having access to esencia artificial líquida sabor humo, I am able to confirm that this tequila smells and taste quite similar to it… My first rating was 84 points, sorry for my innocence!!!

NOM 1605 | Had a minty flavor that I personally found off putting - bit some drinkers might enjoy it. To me this is not a good sipping tequila, but might be good for a mojito.

NOM 1605 | The mineral from the Tahona stone, smokiness, and herbal notes, blend well to make it rich in taste and aroma.
