NOM 1605 | Minty and floral, unsure of what the profile expectation is

NOM #1605 Nose: Floral, flinty and some fruit-like sweetness. Flavor: Green peppercorns. A vanilla Graham cracker sweet note. A hint of citrus. There is an unidentifiable flavor lurking in the profile… Some bitterness on the back end. Finish is short and does not evolve further. This does not blatantly scream diffuser or additives, but that would be my best bet.

NOM 1605 | Had a minty flavor that I personally found off putting - bit some drinkers might enjoy it. To me this is not a good sipping tequila, but might be good for a mojito.

NOM 1605 | The mineral from the Tahona stone, smokiness, and herbal notes, blend well to make it rich in taste and aroma.
