This is an amazing blanco blend. Even with the triple distillation one would think that it would strip the flavor but it just tones and softens the citrus almond and minerals to balance them out. This does have the sharp finish that others sometimes have. I think the difference is attributed to the use of well ripened agave just as Ocho does.
