Aroma: light cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light acidity, light vanilla, light wood note, slightly earthy. Hint of citrus. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, pepper spiciness, very light hint of a metallic note that dissipates quickly. Finish is medium, light cooked agave with pepper spiciness and earthy notes persist.
