Nothing out of the ordinary on the nose, I don’t get that Cofradia odor which was likely motivated by the open air fermentation. Really comes in hot from start to finish on my tongue, I’m not getting a ton of balance here other than a hint of sweetness that’s never fully realized. At $80+ I feel like it’s coming into the market too high, the beauty of Cofradia tequilas is generally in value so hopefully this becomes more approachable in time.
