NOM 1173 | Lite subtle aromas and flavors. Great summer sipper. On the nose: vegetal and fruity. A little licorice and lemon. In the mouth: a lite syrupy sweetness but almost artificial? Astringent and minty but it accompanies the other flavors of dehydrated fruits. The finish is long due to the oiliness with taste of citrus, toasted nuts, spearmint. Only slight notes of fresh or cooked agave. Best sipped in a Riedel glass or mixed. Goes very well with fresh Puerto Nuevo lobsters in Baja.

NOM 1173 | Spectacular Blanco. Cinnamon? Yes, Cinnamon!..in a Blanco! Clean, fresh real agave flavor. The most authentic tasting T I've ever had. Triple distilled creates a nice oily consistancy. May make this Snob very byass forevermore.
