Nose: some cooked agave, fresh cheese, vanilla, oak, cinnamon, clove, slight spearmint, tart dried cherries, and fresh mushrooms Flavor: cinnamon, oak, black pepper, nutmeg, vanilla, olive brine, cooked agave in the background, and a dry light mouth feel Finish: medium peppery finish

Purchased in June 2022 for USD99. Color: dark amber, maybe, but slightly lighter than the añejo. Aroma: some cheese and/or mushrooms. Classic barrel notes. Palate: agave with the barrel notes. Some of the cheese, but not as prominent. Finish: white peper, dry, like cognac.

Great mix of expressions. Wide range of aromas found in the 5 classes used to produce it. Really interesting product.
