Aromas: Agave with juicy fruit gum, laced with a cider nuance. Eucalyptus, vanilla and spices. Some mineral notes, trace carbonic acid. An herbal cut grass like note. Flavor: Sweet and peppery agave entrance. Lively baking spices and vanilla. I’ve lost the herbal notes found earlier. Packs some heat that the nose did not suggest. Coats the palate lightly but pleasantly. Finish takes on an almost maple flavor. 2006 Tax label.

Cake batter aroma with something else I couldn’t ID until Grover said “bandaid”! After opening up it becomes celery. Sweet and thin with a astringent finish. I was excited to try this older bottle but it’s just ok.

Aroma of band-aid, some vegetal, and a tiny bit of vanilla. Has a sweet flavor, but the finish is too light for me. Not a bad product, but not super exciting. — After I let it open up a bit, there was a good amount of celery in the aroma. A pleasant surprise that earns it some bonus points.
