Casa Olivo - Austin Very nice legs. Smell of maple syrup right off the bat. Strong oakie flavor. Sweet finish. Tasted this next to Tears and I liked the Tears slightly better. Good time with XA’s this evening.

I get aroma and taste of caramel and butterscotch, layered with a creamy vanilla. On top of that I get oak and toasted almonds. There a little bit of pepper on the finish.

Not on Fuenteseca level but great nonetheless. Has notes of cooked agave, caramel, apricot, chocolate, tropical fruit, smoke, and a creamy finish.
