Surprisingly delicious. I know the distillery has a bad reputation here and there’s rumors of column stills, diffusers and acid temperature regulators. Despite this, this anejo takes so much out of the oak that it’s delicious and something unique. Notes of pink peppercorn, Indian spices, green curry, vanilla.

Solid Anejo, without being overdone/too much vanilla. Nice mellow flavor, and full body.
