NOM 1442, Mexican 38% abv. 1000 ml. version, no marbete nor code stated, looks like a 90’s ~ 00’s bottling, tasted on 12-13-23. Color: light yellow. Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, light black pepper, light stone fruit sweetness, light acidity, slightly citrus. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance, alcohol sensation is low. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave with light stone fruit sweetness with a hint of vanilla persists.
