Loved the smell! Sweet cherries came to mind along with vanilla, cinnamon, spice, almond. Flavor was well balanced with the fruitiness shining through. Enjoyed the finish. I really enjoyed this one and recommend you give it a shot

A hint of vanilla and citrus on the nose. Caramel, roasted agave, mild butterscotch with a light oaky spice and agave at the finish. Complete flavor profile. Small batch oven roasted. Proof that process matters. Also, cool labels for each of the expressions.
