Nicely balanced cooked agave, reasonably priced Blanco, excellent cocktail base

The more I drink this the more I don’t enjoy it. There’s something off, something synthetic. When I use it in a cocktail it gives off a liquid smoke taste that’s not enjoyable.

not much agave on the aroma, slight trace. more herbal, mineral, copper pipe. the flavor mimics the aroma, although can now detect the herbs - it's dill and some fennel tops. some grapefruit rind. over cooked carrots on the retro-nasal. tingle lingers on the tongue. cooked agave is there, but not upfront. very pleasant for the low price point (about $30). sip or mix, either way will work

This starts out with sweetness which passes quickly to bitter elements of brine and ethanol. The finish isn't bad with good length and some tip and side of tongue buzzing. Reminds me of the Technico more than the Arrogante from this distillery. Nice cast glass bottle along with the tequila and $$ make this worth a try but many may not care to.

I can see the appeal to consumers. It has an aroma of sweetness that follows in flavor. It dues have some cooked agave notes but the flavor fizzles out quickly with an alcohol burn.

Nose: Black & white pepper, ripe agave, lemon zest, light violet Palate: Fleshy aloe, fresh agave, more pepper, light raw vanilla.

A great cocktail tequila. Better than 1800, Cuervo tradicional, Espolon, etc. Smooth but with enough flavor that it’s rewarding as a sipping spirit.

Strong smell with a smooth finish. Good tequila for the price.

Vegetal aroma with somewhat sweet entry that quickly turns minty/white pepper and a touch of that vegetal note (maybe dill). Nice finish & overall tasty. Acceptable for sipping and prolly good in a Margarita. Found at my local ABC Liquor for $26.99! Will B going back for more ...

This is a very good tequila, just enough of everything you could ask for. It’s delicate on the nose and easy on the tongue, it has wonderful hints of vanilla and citrus but still retains the agave we look for.....Excellent juice!

Nose: Earthy, fresh and cooked agave. Taste: Light sweetness with hints of pepper, dill and pine. Lite body but it made up in the herbal and sweetness of cooked agave in the finish.
