Aroma: Strong vegetal and earthy aroma. Lots of wet clay, pepper, and snap peas. Incredibly complex and exactly what I love in the aroma of a solid classic Blanco. Flavor: Tons of snap peas and grass, hints of pepper and cinnamon. Kind of spicy but in the exact right way. Not overpowering or hot. It's very smooth and complex. Finish: Finish is a little soft mostly hangs around in the back of your mouth but nowhere else. Wish it had a little more but tons of flavors linger. Value: Although a little pricey it has to be noted that the bottles and display are incredible. Doesn't add to the tequila but I won't knock it as much as I would a similarly priced Blanco in not as nice of a presentation.

Aroma is strongly vegetal with clear agave flavor. There is also a significant dirt/earth note as well as a bit of brine. The flavor is true to the aroma - rich, green vegetal flavors with noticeable agave and a bit of salinity/brine. The finish has good flavor but lasts a relatively short time. The presentation of these bottles is impressive. The full wood case has a leather strap on top and metal latch on front. Lift the latch and the box opens to display the two bottles plus a small drawer with a branded drinking glass. The bottles have a beaded skull on the front that looks great. 9/11/2017

Bottling for Italian Distillati Group srl, lote: LEXP0007B D.O.P., bottled on 03/01/2019, tasted on 12-14-23. Aroma: sweet cooked agave, aromatic green vegetal notes, good sweet sour and acidic balance like a grapefruit, slightly earthy, after 30 minutes in the glass small white jasmine flowers, resinous sweetness, a hint of black pepper. Slightly citrus. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, slightly spicy with peppery notes, earthy notes are more pronounced on the palate, very well balanced. Finish is medium to long, sweet cooked agave with aromatic green vegetal notes, light black pepper with earthy and good sweet sour and acidic balance lingers!

A friend picked this up at El Buho and brought it back. It’s familiar nose, taste and finish are familiar to me as a G4 Fan Boy, but it’s just different also. Understand this is all three waters from El Pandillo. If you get a chance, buy it and drink it and save the bottle!
