Agave forward on the nose, citrus too.. a little bit of white oak. Nice straw color. Smooth, light body. Short finish.

7/13/21-Full nose of alcohol. Hmm. I wonder if I got a bad bottle. If I get to try again, I will update.

Aromas of vanilla are first here, mixed with roasted agave and a spiciness (black and white pepper) that is fairly pleasing. There is also a bit of a citrusy aroma, before going back to the wood with toffee, caramel, and oak. The flavor very much follows the aroma, but everything is a bit muted and fades very quickly. Overall, not bad for a bar-brand tequila. If they could tweak their formula to brighten up the aromas/flavors or make the finish a bit longer then I would rate it in the mid-80's.
