NOM 1560 Aroma: Brown sugar, agave, hay, some earthiness, and a smoky green pepper vegetal note. Flavor: Semi oily in the mouth with sweet cooked agave and a continuation of the brown sugar suggestion noted on the nosing, celery/fennel notes and black pepper. Finish: The black pepper generates some heat in the finish.
