Not much on the nose, no agave and some barrel. Flavor is muted by sweetness and the finish is fake sugar

NOM 1477 | NOM 1477, long tall bottle, Mexican 38% abv. version, lote: L PH6940620, marbete is from 2018 but doesn’t contain info, acquired recently, tasted on 5-25-24. Color: yellow. Aromas: light cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, a heavy mineral or light metallic aroma that dissipates as time goes by, light pineapple, light acidity, hint of citrus, light green vegetal notes, feels thick & oily, hint of pear. It gets sweeter as time goes by. After 30 minutes in the glass it becomes less aromatic and sweeter… Palate: confirms aromas perceived, agave note is sweeter on the palate, hint of wood note. Good sweet sour & acidic balance. It has a quite intense syrupy aroma and flavor that doesn’t seem unnatural. After 30 minutes in the glass it becomes overly sweet… Finish is medium to medium long, light cooked agave, light pineapple, good acidity, hint of citrus with light syrupy sensation persists. It becomes more cloying at time goes by.

Not a ton of agave Vanilla Butter

Great nose of light oak agave and vanilla but then got very sweet with a fake icing sugar sweetness.
