Mexican 35% abv. version, lote: 001 07 117, marbete is from 2006, tasted on 3-22-24. Aroma: hint of cooked agave, light soft sweetness that I am not sure if it’s from agave, hint of cinnamon, light acidity. Hint of mint. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, hint of citrus, low alcohol sensation and aromas and flavors are quite subtle. Finish is medium, hint of cooked agave with light acidity and a light bitter end persists but not too long.
