On the nose, Very sweet, rounded cooked agave. A bare hint of vanilla and melon, a touch of mint. A slight green bell pepper note. Sweet, robust cooked agave immediately. Some tropical fruits, a bit of plátano. A little bit of mint on the finish. A bit floral, pleasant sweetness. Very oily mouthfeel, and a relatively long finish. Overall, Very damn solid, definitely a very good flavor profile, complex and robust enough to be very interesting while also, I think, being worthwhile of sipping for hours. I am impressed. I’ve seen it at $57.99 - $69.99 and above $60, I think it’s a little steep. At $57.99, I’d say it’s still a little steep because it’s competing with things I like a lot more. Still, it’s different enough from my usual lineup that I’m considering picking one up.
